Winterization - Basic Service

This service provides water purge from the backflow out only. The client assumes the responsibility for shutting off the water, draining the water from the backflow to the shut-off valve and ensuring the shut-off valve is securely closed. Access to the controller will be required if the following conditions exist; if the sprinkler valve box in the yard is inaccessible, if the valves cannot be manually opened due to potential damage, or if the valve box is buried. If unsure, client should reach out for system condition confirmation.

This service does not require entry into the home and no scheduling coordination is needed, but we will inform you of the date of service.

Winterization - Full Service

Best in practice service and best defense against winter freezing. This service provides a complete purge of water from the sprinkler shut-off valve through the entire system.

Our full service winterization offers greater flexibility for scheduling and while clients will be required to be home or allow access into the home, they will be provided a 2-4 hour service window for the date of service.
